Paus-n-Train prides itself on its small class sizes. Classes are limited to 4 dogs per trainer, allowing each participant to benefit from individual guidance. Obedience
Puppy Train and Play
4 Week Program $75.00
For puppies 9 to15 Weeks. A blend of basic training with organized play. Puppies learn socialization skills necessary for interaction with dogs and humans. It is a 4 week session where you will be given help with teaching basic puppy manners to your puppy such as house training, no biting follow me as well as your puppy will learn good dog language by playing with other puppies and having fun with you.

Dog Manners 1
6 Week Program (1 hour class) $125.00
Dog Manners 1 is for all dogs over the age of 15 weeks. Focus is on teaching the proper dog-human rules plus basic commands. In this class they will learn sit, down. Stay, no pulling on leash, no jumping up & of course COME. For all dogs who have no obedience training.
Dog Manners 2
6 Week Program (1 hour class) $125.00
Dog Manners 2 is for all dogs who have completed Dog Manners 1. More advanced skills: the introduction of the target stick for formal heeling and go to your mat. Perfecting commands and skills.
A must for companion dogs.
Rally-O ("obedience")
6 Week Program (1 hour class) $125.00
A new sport consisting of a course with signs that indicate an obedience exercise which you and your dog must perform. Join us for some challenging fun working with your dog.

Musical Tricks Class
6 week program
Obedience and tricks set to music with an emphasis on building a bond withyour dog. You don’t have to be a dancer or musically inclined, you just need your dog and lots of treats. Then the fun and laughter begins!

Agility
Fun for all dogs and Handlers!
Agility is an excellent way for dogs and their handlers to bond together. Working as a team, the dog and handler learn to negotiate obstacles, such as tire jumps, hurdles, teeter totters, tunnels and weave poles.
It offers a great mental and physical workout!
At the "Masters" level dogs race against the clock. With runs lasting less than one minute, both dogs and handlers learn to make split-second decisions.
6 Agility Levels are available:

Foundation for Agility
Is the follow up course to the focus class. Work in a fully fenced field. It Is a course expanding the dogs off leash control to get the dog following the handler instruction to be ready for beginner agility work on sits down,stays in distracting environment around agility equipment
Competitive Agility
Is a course for people getting ready to trial or wanting to improve their trialing techniques . Walking course, planning strategies for the best path for you dog.Covering Standard ,gamblers techniques
Agility Games
Learning the different agility games - Standard, Gamblers, Jumpers, Snooker, Steeplechase and Team
Beginners
For Dogs who have mastered basic obedience skills. Beginners level familiarizes dogs with equipment in a fun positive way. Introduce basic handling skills.
Intermediate
Dogs who have completed Beginner level, in the Intermediate level we introduce the teeter and develop handler skills.
Skills
Perfect the contact pieces and weaves (a great addition to agility and obedience
Advanced
Dogs who have completed Intermediate Level. We introduce more handling skills, walk and A-frame at competition height.
Masters
More complex sequencing for competition or just for fun

Cost 4 weeks for $30 or $10 /session
Bea is a very successful owner-handler and breeder of over 100 champions including many Specialty and Best In Show winners and is also the breeder, owner and handler of Canada's Top Dog All Breeds in 1997 - Harrison, Can. Am. Ch. Classical Image of a Legend. Paus-N-Train is located just 10 minutes from Lindsay and has both indoor and outdoor training facilities.
