Foundations to agility

10 Week Program
Manners Masterclass is the next progression of classes upon completing both our Puppy Prep School and Dog Manners programs. It is designed to teach your dog higher level skills in walking, no jumping, recalls with distractions. This course will also prepare teams for Therapy Dog work and Public Access Training for Service Dogs. Lessons will include an intro to Co-operative Care such as filing their own nails on an emery board, FIX IT where the dog learns to untangle their own leash, recalls past squirrels along with some fun “party” games to build your dog’s reliability around distractions.

Hoopers

K9 Fitness Training Program

Bored at home due to COVID? Got a lively pup who struggles with public walks or dealing with crazy weather? No problem! Our At Home K9 Fitness program is your ticket to indoor doggy fun. We'll turn everyday items into exercise equipment, keeping your four-legged buddy in shape and zapping that pent-up energy. Rain or shine, you'll have a blast and keep your pup entertained without leaving the house

Rally Obedience

Get ready for an engaging experience at Paus-n-Train's Rally-O! This program provides an exhilarating Rally-Obedience journey, similar to guiding through an obedience-focused maze. In line with the CARO community's inclusive ethos, it's open to mixed breeds and special needs dogs. Offering different skill levels and titles, it's a platform for participants to demonstrate their training prowess. Participate in Paus-n-Train's program for a memorable adventure that enhances the bond and skills between you and your canine companion.
CARO Working Stream
Price: $265 + HST
6 Week Program
Working Stream is a sport that consists of 10 different exercises to master that enhance real-life skills. Exercises include Scent Discrimination, Retrieves, Barrel Racing, Distance Signals and more. These skills will create a dog that can help you around the house, prepare for more off leash control and continue to build trust and connection with you and your dog.
Tricks
Price: $210 + HST

Our Tricks class is the perfect way to add some fun and flair to your dog's skillset! Whether you're looking to impress your friends with playful spins, paw shakes, or more advanced tricks down the road, this class lays the groundwork for building a solid repertoire. Through positive reinforcement and step-by-step guidance, we'll help you and your dog master the basics while fostering a strong bond.
